Envolvem um volume grande de documenta\u00e7\u00e3o a ser gerada. Pode-se associar esses programas, claramente, com a produ\u00e7\u00e3o em massa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>MPS-BR:<\/b>\u00a0Padr\u00e3o brasileiro bastante inspirado no CMMI, mas mais barato de ser implantado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>M\u00e9todos \u00e1geis\/scrum:<\/b>\u00a0m\u00e9todos que buscam simplificar e desburocratizar o processo de desenvolvimento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Com muitas caracter\u00edsticas comuns ao processo Lean, tais como:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Pequenos times multidisciplinares e auto-gerenciados<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Elimina\u00e7\u00e3o de estoques intermedi\u00e1rios<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Comprometimento maior da equipe com o cliente<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Por outro lado, o processo de desenvolvimento \u00e1gil \u00e9 pouco padronizado, o que contrasta com a filosofia lean.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><b>EFQM:<\/b>\u00a0European Foundation for Quality Management.
