Para cada atividade, definir qual o papel (e n\u00e3o a pessoa) associado a cada uma das possibilidades abaixo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>R: responsable: quem de fato executa a atividade<\/li>\n<li>A: accountable: o respons\u00e1vel pela atividade ocorrer<\/li>\n<li>C: consulted: pessoa que deve ser consultada durante a atividade<\/li>\n<li>I: informed: pessoa que deve ser informada quando a atividade ocorrer.
